Virtual practicum groups of 8-10 participants are formed as students move through the certificate program.

Workplace Coaching Skills for Leaders & Managers
This experiential 2-day course provides a basic starter-kit of coaching tools, techniques and theory specially developed for workplace application. Perfect for leaders & managers, HR professionals, and training & development specialists who want to learn solid coaching skills and establish good coaching habits. This award-winning course is available as a customized program (call for information) and now, for the first time, as a public offering beginning in September 2005.
